Darkly divine, handsomely refined, the wonderfully creepy Addams family first appeared on the pages of The New Yorker in 1932, sending shivers down spines everywhere. The weird and wacky alter ego of Charles Addams continue to charm and captivate seven decades after their birth. On television, and in movies, in drawings and cartoons, Morticia and Gomez thrilled audiences with their own eccentric humor and wild “amour“.

Love again lurks in a sweetly sinister scene outside their spooky manner. Enjoying a wickedly, wonderful moon bath, these two nightcrawlers conjure a vision of unique style that can only be Barbie and Ken dolls.

Barbie doll eschews the common place and is dropdead gorgeous as the unforgettable femme fatale, Morticia Addams. Her fabulous black gown inspired by the acclaimed drawings, features chiffon flares. Lon raven hair, dramatic eye, makeup, and Gothic shoes complement this eerie ensemble. Her final ghoulish detail, a generous Garnet-like pendant,

Her extraordinary uncanny escort, Ken doll, wears his own unique interpretations of Addam styles. A navy and white pinstripe suit features double-breasted design and a dapper gold chain. His dark hair, mustache, and sideburns bring Gomez to life.

Marvelously macabre and delightfully dreadful. Celebrate a decidedly different love story with the Addams family.

Barbie is the most popular fashion doll in the history of the world and has been since its introduction in 1959. I first started working with Barbie in 1985 in Mattel's Samples Department. In 1988 I began writing toy fair scripts, videos, marketing skits, custom songs and other creative for Barbie at Mattel. My first email address was mrbarbie@aol.com and you can still reach me there.

This toy is part of my personal collection and has been archived by me, Joe Galliani, the creator of the Street Sharks, and President of Mr. Joe's Really Big Productions for over two decades in my home's attic.

The package and toys inside are in visually excellent condition with no aging, blemishes or wear. Photos are of this specific toy for sale. Please review carefully and thoroughly as all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
