Barbie is the most popular fashion doll in the history of the world and has been since its introduction in 1959. I first started working with Barbie in 1985 in Mattel's Samples Department. In 1988 I began writing toy fair scripts, videos, marketing skits, custom songs and other creative for Barbie at Mattel. This rare Flower Shower fashion is Classique design at its highest: four beautiful examples, reflecting the custom quality and realistic, intricate detailing so prized by doll collectors. Designed by Janet Goldblatt, this beautiful collection is the second in the limited edition series by Mattel Barbie designers. Featuring a short and sassy mini with a pleated ruffle skirt and real zipper. A festive floral print covers the bolero jacket in bold, bright colors. Red lace panties, heel and bag finish the look

This toy is part of my personal collection and has been archived by me, Joe Galliani, the creator of the Street Sharks, and President of Mr. Joe's Really Big Productions for over two decades in my home's attic.
