Barbie is the most popular fashion doll in the history of the world and has been since its introduction in 1959. I first started working with Barbie in 1985 in Mattel's Samples Department. In 1988 I began writing toy fair scripts, videos, marketing skits, custom songs and other creative for Barbie at Mattel. This very regal Barbie is stunningly elegant! Her blue, gold and black ball gown is intricately patterned and sure to turn heads at any event.The matching black and gold headpiece is an absolute show stopper.

Not only has the doll never been removed from the package, but the package has never been opened and the original seal is still intact as seen in the photos.
