From the "In The Army" episode of the Ren & Stimpy Show this 1993 Mattel toy made by ARCO is in excellent condition with minimal bending of the card and little yellowing of the blister.

This toy is part of my personal collection and has been archived by me, Joe Galliani, the creator of the Street Sharks, and President of Mr. Joe's Really Big Productions for over two decades in my home's attic.
