It was my pleasure in the early 1990s to write Mattel's Nickelodeon New York Toy Fair gallery scripts and they were some of the most fun presentations of that era. And it all started in 1992 with the introduction of Gak in the Gak Splat.

In 1992, Mattel joined up with kid’s TV network Nickelodeon, whose signature thing was—and still is—dumping “slime” on people. Together they produced their own Nickelodeon-branded Slime, in addition to a number of other slime-like “compounds.” Slime was a hit all around the world, including Japan where this ultra rare vintage example is from

This toy is part of my personal collection and has been archived by me, Joe Galliani, the creator of the Street Sharks, and President of Mr. Joe's Really Big Productions for over two decades in my home's attic.

This factory sealed vintage toy is in excellent condition. Package shows some curving but has no tears, blemishes or wear. The Slime Compound inside has never been opened. Photos are of this specific toy for sale. Please review carefully and thoroughly as all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
