Back in the 1980s, no one would have predicted that children would want to play with a group of crash test dummies featured in PSAs. 

By the 1990s, the popularity of crash test dummies gathered the interest of Tyco. Not only did they notice the likability of the starring duo of dummies, but they realized that children enjoyed the antics that occurred when the crash test dummies crashed into walls. Thus, they set out to create action figures that mimicked the mayhem present in the PSAs.

Spin explodes on impact, flies apart and can then be snapped back together.

This toy is part of my personal collection and has been archived by me, Joe Galliani, the creator of the Street Sharks, and President of Mr. Joe's Really Big Productions for over two decades in my home's attic.

This vintage toy is in excellent condition. Card is flat with minimal bending, wear or blemishes. Blister is sealed and clear with no signs of yellowing. Figure inside is mint.
