Barbie is the most popular fashion doll in the history of the world and has been since its introduction in 1959. I first started working with Barbie in 1985 in Mattel's Samples Department. In 1988 I began writing toy fair scripts, videos, marketing skits, custom songs and other creative for Barbie at Mattel. Barbie enjoys “easy, breezy living” with this classic 80s Barbie playset, complete with a hut, a toucan friend, a swinging hammock, and a fan that spins when you pull the string. Other key accessories for Barbie’s tropical adventure include perfume bottles, hairspray, a hand mirror, and a hair brush.

This toy is part of my personal collection and has been archived by me, Joe Galliani, the creator of the Street Sharks, and President of Mr. Joe's Really Big Productions for over two decades in my home's attic.

The package and contents are in excellent condition. Glue has dried out causing one flap to separate and open, but contents have never been removed. Package shows very minor wear and aging. Photos are of this specific toy for sale. Please review carefully and thoroughly as all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.
